About Me

My photo
punkindoodleboo
I am Katie of Punkin Doodle Boo and I live in the beautiful state of Colorado with my handsome husband of 12 years and my two beautiful children. I, like my work, have a unique (and sometimes strange) sense of style and humor. I am not a classically trained artist, other than some creative development classes during my senior year of high school. I have done it all, ink, pencil, oils, pastels and clay. However, I love the kinesthetic input that comes from sculpting and clay. I love the work of Christo and Peter Max, and for awhile I did wild pieces out of recycled doors with heavy duty plastic stretched across it! My work is all hand sculpted, one of a kind pieces, artist signed, dated and marked 1 of 1. However, if you see something that strikes you, something you cannot live without, I do do commissioned pieces that will be uniquely crafted for you. I hope you enjoy what you see, and that my sense of whimsy and play makes you smile!
